We want you to love what you wear. if something isn't right, we're here to help.
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return items.
Condition: Items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH TAGS ATTACHED
Final Sale: Sale items , gift cards, and customized pieces are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
All items will be inspected.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We currently DO NOT OFFER DIRECT EXCHANGES. If you'd like a different size or color, please:
RETURN the item for a refund. Place a new order for the item you want.
💰Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
